Add the loan to value and the debt service coverage ratio if you have them. Say who you are, whether a sponsor, a capital raiser, a family office or a veteran professional, and which page raised your question. Describe the offering memorandum, rent roll, operating statement and sponsor track record when they exist. A short note with a few real numbers is easier to answer than a full pitch deck.
