How to report an error
Errors in a worked example, a quoted line, a source link or a definition can be reported by text or WhatsApp at (808) 600-9260. Name the page and the line in question.
What happens next
Each report starts with the page itself. The claim in question is checked against the sources listed in that page’s Sources section, which may include a public filing, one of Richard C. Wilson’s books, an interview episode or a public video. Figures in a worked example are recalculated from the stated inputs, such as loan amount, interest rate, net operating income and purchase price. A quote is compared with the original wording. If the page is wrong, the text is fixed. If the source supports the page as written, it stays as it is.
How fixes appear
A correction replaces the original text on the page. No visible dates or change notes are added, so readers always see the current version of the guide, glossary entry or capital page.
